What are flute lessons like?

They are what you make them! The more effort you put in, the more you will get out of it. If you have a specific goal in mind (audition for a special ensemble, move up in chair placement at school, etc.), we will make it happen! If you are just learning flute for fun, great! In any case, I will help guide you as to what to play and how to improve. Lessons should never feel monotonous, so we will make sure to change things up in our approach. For example, we will utilize singing and playing simultaneously and improvise over fun, genre-bending beats.

Lessons are offered in 30, 45, or 60 minute weekly slots. ALL ages and levels of experience are welcome!
